Ex-Fan Opinion on Michelle Phan
I must say that she has indeed changed a lot. She seemed really nice on her old Xanga blog and was definitely quite pretty then and adorable with her make up and focus on artwork. Now, she seems really different. I actually liked her FF7 Painting video and her older make up videos, they were simple and beautiful.
However with the recent scams like Ever Eden, My Glam and Wanderlust as well as her Lancome contract, she has morphed into this self deceiving, narcissistic and bitchy person. This is kind of sad since this was the kind of character that she advocated against in her old blog. I do not really hate her but I just feel sad that she has become so different. Also she seems to not really do research when doing tutorials; for instance asking people to put seaweed used in sushi and kitty litter as facials….sigh.
